1. How long will it take to receive my order?
The average delivery time is 8–12 business days. At Jasmines Boutique, we care deeply about the environment and strive to reduce our carbon footprint. To support this, we ship all orders together once the minimum order quantity is reached. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us make a positive impact.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress on our tracking page. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well—sometimes our emails land there. Please note, it may take a few business days for tracking to become active.
3. It’s been 10 business days and I haven’t received my package—what should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay. Have you checked your tracking code? Occasionally, parcels are delayed at customs. Please allow an additional 3 business days. In 99% of cases, the order still arrives. If you’ve waited 7 business days plus another 3, please reach out—we’ll work with you to resolve it.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We understand things change. If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is processed.
5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Absolutely. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.
